Darcy Nybo, Owner, Always Write Darcy began writing at the tender age of seven when she wrote a
story about an industrious little boy, a turnip and a little red wagon. Some say her
writing skills have improved somewhat since then.
Darcy started Always Write in 2005 with a passion for
writing and a belief that she could succeed. That belief was well founded and Darcy has
been able to divide her services into three distinct groups; one for businesses, one for
periodicals and one for authors. |
| Darcy is unique in that she does
not think outside the box; in truth, she does not believe the box exists. With over 25
years in sales and marketing, Darcy understands the steps necessary to get your
information out there. An award winning fiction writer, a well known journalist, and a
mentor for other writers, Darcy loves all areas and all aspects of writing. STRENGTHS: Business promotion, copy editing, freelance article
writing, research, photo journalism, tenacity and a somewhat tempered need for
perfectionism.

Dawn Renaud, Writer, Freelance
Journalist Dawn’s writing was first
published back in grade three, when a poem she wrote for Remembrance Day appeared in the
Lumby Logger.
More recently, Dawn's words have appeared in Okanagan
Life, Progress, Thompson Life, North of 50, Summerland Review and the Penticton
Herald. |
| Some day, Dawn hopes to return to
her original passion... live theatre. In the meantime, she amuses herself playing with
words. Dawn is well versed in full edit, design and
layout services to authors, helping them turn rough notes and photos or electronic
manuscripts into files ready for publication.
STRENGTHS: Newsletters, media releases, business proposals,
standard operating procedures, and web copy for businesses.

Marla Smith, Bookkeeping, Office
Assistance Marla started Jayd Professional
Office Service in 2008 to fill a need for skilled, flexible office services.
Smith understands how difficult it is for the small and
home based business owner to “do it all” and has opened Jayd in order to offer
clients her over 20 years of experience in office systems, administration and bookkeeping. |
Marla is
part of the Always Write team so she can help you "calm your office chaos.” She
understands the need to take away some of the stresses by hiring a contract worker.
STRENGTHS: Bookkeeping, data processing,
bank statement reconciliations, form creation, and many other support functions. |
